Applications from musicians up to the age of 30 are
limited to those whose home remains in the county of Norfolk, although they may
be undergoing their music studies elsewhere.
Applicants will already be highly skilled in one or more of the six disciplines
(brass, keyboard, percussion, strings, voice and woodwind).
They will be either undergoing a period of study at a music college,
university or
specialist school, or are making plans to do so.
Applications are also welcomed from those seeking a limited period of advanced
tuition. For example, in a masterclass or a summer school.
Consideration will also be given to those who wish to gain experience and
self-confidence by public performance, by assisting with promotion costs.Applications for grants must be made by
31st December each year, and will be
considered by the trustees in the following month.
